CareNow urgent care is an urgent care network owned and operated by HCA Healthcare. At CareNow, you can expect the same convenient, compassionate care you’ve relied on from AppleCare – plus expanded access to Memorial Health’s network and HCA Healthcare’s resources.

CareNow urgent care is only acquiring the following locations: Pooler, Bull Street and Savannah Mall.

No. We will continue operating with the same hours as before the transition.

Yes.

If you were seen after January 12, 2026, CareNow offers the MyHealthONE patient portal to view your health history and lab results.

If you were seen before January 13, 2026, please visit https://app.chartrequest.com/m/applecareuc for information on how to request a copy of your medical record.

Yes.

While we offer many of the same urgent care services and occupational medicine services for businesses, from employment screenings to treatment of on-the-job injuries, the option for virtual visits will not be available at this time. We look forward to caring for you in our clinics.

Although you should check with your insurance provider about coverage, we accept all major forms of insurance, including Medicare and Medicaid in most markets, so you can get the care you need.

Yes. CareNow urgent care offers Web Check-In® so you can wait from anywhere. You can use Web Check-In to save your spot in line or let us know when you’re coming, and we’ll notify you when it’s time for your visit.

Web Check-In at CareNow allows you to check in and wait from anywhere and minimize your time in the lobby. We will text you and let you know when to come in based on current wait times.

Of course. Walk-ins are always welcome.
